Situated in the heart of Neutral Bay, the skin cancer + cosmetic clinic is a
highly specialised clinic providing detailed skin cancer examination and
treatments and cosmetic medical and surgical treatments. The clinic had it�s
humble beginning as a skin cancer clinic founded by Dr
Samuel Seit in the year 2000. We moved to the currently located
premises in the year 2002 and incorporated cosmetic medicine into the
practice. After finishing his Fellowship in the Australasian College of
Cosmetic Surgery in mid 2002, Dr Seit introduced cosmetic surgery and cosmetic
laser surgery into his practice and now runs a high-tech cosmetic laser
surgical practice. The clinic now has doctors, a clinical nurse and laser
application specialists assisting with the clinic together with our
informative staff. Treatments are all performed by our highly trained doctors
or nurse who each have post-graduate trainings in either dermatology, cosmetic
medicine, cosmetic surgery or laser treatments. Skin cancer treatments range
from the traditional surgical approach to the state of the art Photodynamic
therapy. We pride ourselves as the first skin cancer clinic in
Australia to provide this treatment. Dr Seit subsequently started a new
treatment in Australia called photodynamic
photorejuvenation which combines treating all pre-cancerous solar
keratoses(sun spots) on the skin while rejuvenating the symptoms of sun damage
such as age spots, broken capillaries, fine wrinkes and large open pores. Our
practice also specializes in treating difficult pigmentory problems, acne
scarring, and collagen remodeling with the state of the art fractional
resurfacing laser (the Fraxel
re-store laser) in combination with the most powerful and Gold
Standard Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) systems in the world (Lumenis One &
Quantum SR/HR/DL). For those troubled with deeper lines, wrinkles or acne
scars, a single treatment with our flagship laser: Mixto
micro-fractional laser to resurface the skin will give you up to
60% tightening of the skin and smoothern out wrinkle lines at rest (static
lines). Patients who have laxity of the skin, early jowls who opted not to
have surgery can come for a treatment with our non-invasive skin tightening
radiofrequency treatment called Pelleve.
This is sometimes combined with injections that iron out dynamic lines on the
face and replace loss collagen ion the face. As for those with unwanted
stubbon fat but is afraid of surgical liposuction, our practice offers an
excellent non-surgical treatment with microinjections into the fat to mobilize
fat energy to be selectively burnt off as energy. This procedure is called Lipodissolve
and is offered as a walk in-walk out procedure with minimal discomfort and
disruption to your daily routines. Our nursing and para-medical staff also
performs microdermabrasions, specialized chemical peels for acne, skin
